SCMS Associates are working with Network Homes and RIBA Sterling Architect’s Howarth Tompkins to provide the Stage 0-6 design services in respect of their proposed 3No. Mixed Use Residential high-rise towers in Wembley Park, London, as part of the wider Quintain development of the area, SW01, SW02 & SW07. When completed, the development will comprise of 3No. Towers of above ground floors to 6 Storeys, 10 Storeys and 19 Storeys, including the following;

  • 156No. 1,2 & 3-bedroom Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent Apartments (10% WC Acss)  
  • 1,198m2 of Retail/Commercial Space 
  •  200m2 of Rail Office Facility 
  •  1.5 Basement Levels Connection to wider Quintain District Heating Network
