SCMS Associates have been appointed by The London Borough of Hounslow for the full M&E design of an underground CCTV Hub and Office fit-out in London. The project comprises of a major refurbishment/remodelling of an existing below ground facility within the London Borough, complete with the installation of new Data Centre facility for storage of CCTV media.

The building is owned by The London Borough of Hounslow and is now utilised as a cental CCTV Hub fo the wider Borough complete with commercial office space.

The facility was completed with new building services systems throughout. The client aspiration was that the completed scheme should reflect the requirements of a modern office and control centre development within this location based on the requirements, where applicable, of the British Council for Offices (BCO) guides. The services will include comfort cooling, heating public health and fresh air ventilation, together with new lighting, power, data and vertical transportation systems.
