Our high-quality service is at the core of our philosophy and allows the requirements of our clients as well as key stakeholders to be realised. With our professional team experience of working across many sectors we are able to maintain our position at the forefront of innovation and to challenge improvements in our own performance. By following the RIBA Plan of work, we undertake each design stage as follows – Masterplanning using spatial models and existing topographical surfaces within Autodesk Revit.
Design - All drawings/specifications, outline designs and input from the other design team members is fully coordinated and collaborated at all stages. We utilise Autodesk Revit, which is an industry leading tool to produce our ‘models’. We also have a suite of other design software to support the design process including, IES VE, Hevacomp, Amtech and Dialux/ Relux etc. Utilisation of such software ensures we provide a full set of design drawings and tender information to support procurement, construction and programming.
Pre-Construction - Initial design drawings and models are updated and utilising our systems and processes we ; introduce value engineering influences from Principal Contractors; clash detection and request for information schedules; construction programme constraints; incorporate design review comments utilising Autodesk Design Review modelling software.
Construction On-Site - Collaborate with the contractors during this phase to ensure the design model is current and accurate. Provide a final BIM Level 2 package fully coordinated with the other design team disciplines.
Construction Off-Site - Collaborate with the modular manufacturers during this phase to ensure the design model is current and accurate, and installed within the factory environment as indicated. Provide a final BIM Level 2 package fully coordinated with the other design team disciplines.
