SCMS Associates are working with International Developer and Investment Fund Manager Master Venture Enterprises, a Design Team of leading consultant and the Main Contractor to provide the Stage 0-6 design, and Sustainability services in respect of the proposed Student Accommodation Building in Harrow. SCMS were initially appointed via the international client to produce the RIBA Stage 0-3 design and packages for tender. Upon appointment of the Main Contractor SCMS were then further appointed to complete Stages 4-6 Construction Designs. When completed, the phase will comprise of 34No. New build Student Accommodation Units over four storeys and external services, including the following:-

• Full centralised LTHW plant serving each unit 
• Future district heating provision 
• Whole House Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) in each dwelling 
• External Services 
• New Fire Alarm services 
• New Dry Riser installation 
• New small power & lighting installation 
• New CCTV & Access control systems 
• New IRS installation 
• New PV installation
