Greenlight Given by Greenwich Planning Board for Two New Housing Schemes

SCMS are delighted that two schemes we are providing both Building Services MEP & Sustainability Services, to be delivered by Greenwich Builds have been approved at Planning Board.

SCMS are working in conjunction with Fuse Architects, A&E Elkins & Blakeney Leigh to deliver these net zero carbon properties, to be constructed with an MMC SIP System.

Palmerston Court is a pair of semi-detached fully adapted wheelchair bungalows which was praised by the Planning Board for enhancing the street scene and nearby Conservation Area. Greenway provides a fully adapted wheelchair ground floor maisonette and a two bedroom flat to first floor in a contemporary brick building that reflects the local area.
