Modular Project Finalist in Net Zero Awards

SCMS are delighted to announce our modular project, Bowness Close with Shedkm and Elkins Construction has been named a finalist in the ‘Net Zero’ category at this years Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards!

Bowness Close consists of a number of 2B4P houses, all constructed using modular construction complete with super-efficient performing fabric beyond the recommendations of Future Homes Standards utilising high efficiency air source heat pumps (ASHPs), mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR), LED lighting throughout and photovoltaic panels (PV) to each property.
