Completion Of Modular Hotel

SCMS are delighted to have provided full MEP design services and assisted Amaris Hospitality with their MMC solution for the Mercure Oxford Eastgate Hotel. Utilising a high efficiency SIPs Panelised solution, a fabric first approach was followed, incorporating passive design measures such as low u-values, low air leakage and low thermal bridging. SCMS are delighted that our mixed-use development, Orion Park in the London Borough of Ealing was approved last week by Ealing Council.
