Project Milestone achieved with the Completion, and Exceptional Feedback of Modular Show Home

Further to our announcement a few weeks ago, SCMS Associates are delighted to see our name up with so many greats, AE Elkins, ShedKM, BCA Landscape, Conisbee, Ideal Modular Homes and Blakeney Leigh, on the delivery of the modular show home, which will set the benchmark for all of the future dwellings to be delivered to the Royal Borough of Greenwich, in what could become one of the biggest modular construction projects to date.

The show home boasts bright open spaces with natural light flooding in, promoting good mental health. Built for the future, the homes are accessible; exceeding National Space Standards. Coupled with solar PV and high efficiency air source heat pumps, these homes will exceed the Zero Carbon requirement set by the GLA.
