SCMS Appointed designers for refurb & fit out of Distribution Centre

SCMS Associates are pleased to announce that they have been appointed to undertake full MEP and Sustainability design services from RIBA Stages 3-6 for the fit out and refurbishment works of an existing Distribution Centre in Park Royal, London.

Having already experienced these types of projects for other Clients, SCMS as now working with existing Client, Wren Construction, on behalf of Matches Fashion, to produce the detailed design and construction packages for both the MEP and Sustainability elements, for the 40,000 SQM site, including Distribution Warehouse, new-build Welfare Building and refurbishment of existing two-storey Office building.

Director and Lead Engineer Hiten Kawa, whom previously worked as an account manager and client consultant for Amazon, delivering a selection of Distribution & Fulfilment Centres said "We are thrilled that SCMS have been given the opportunity to continue to work with Wren, who are an existing client for us, we are also looking forward to developing a new client together in the form of Matches Fashion!".
